While the resorts you have included are lovely, you forgot one of the best known, most luxurious hotels in the Florida Keys. Cheeca Lodge & Spa is a Florida Keys legend and has been synonymous with luxury since the late 1940′s. It’s closed now due to a fire on New Years Eve, but they plan to re-open by December 15, 2009 with even more luxurious rooms and amenities. Check out their website http://www.cheeca.com.
